United KingdomI'm new to this stuff but not cycling but have been impressed so far. Following instructions I applied to the chamois pad in my shorts, theory being that all contact points would be covered. Nice and easy to apply, much drier than I thought. After 200 min in the saddle on a warm day with a few Strava PBs thrown in I returned home with no soreness or irritation and the shorts washed easily leaving no marks. Have used happily a few times since and will definitely carry on doing so.
